AMBAR International was established and registered as a company limited by share under the Companies ACT (CAP85) of the Republic of Uganda on 21st April 1994
AMBAR International was incorporated with the objectives of;
- Importing and distributing wines and spirits, beverages and food items
- Farming and processing of vanilla and food spices for export market
- Providing management consultancy services and
- Representing business farms and NGO’s as an agent.
AMBAR has 30 acres of prime farmland in Mukono district, adjacent to Lake Victoria shore. The farm is suitable for spice growing and it is within the proximity of Kampala City, 15 minutes by motorboat or 2 hours by motor vehicle
